"I have been a Michelin star trained chef for over 20 years. During that time I have had the pleasure of catering for some of the most celebrated and exacting clientele in the world. A memorable occasion that springs to mind and gave me great satisfaction and honour, was a very special inaugural celebration of High Tea for her Majesty Queen Elizabeth at Eltham Palace. Christmas dinner at the Osborne’s was great fun and they enjoyed a good traditional Christmas feast. I love cooking for special occasions at high profile evening functions and also making intimate parties that touch more special. Some of my cliental include, Lord Lichfield, Lord Saatchi, Tony Blair and Lord Lakshmi Mittal. It’s always exhilarating creating new delicious dishes and I find it very satisfying when the clients are delighted with the results of my efforts. I have also catered for the VIP sections in sporting events and have had many successful days at Brands Hatch and the Queens club. I have a great passion for food and I take great pride and joy in my professional career as a chef. No challenge is too great and no appetite is ever left unsatisfied.
